Applications
TPC is recommended for use with corrugated board and folding carton.
Ink / solvent compatibility
TPC plates have ink compatibility similar to natural rubber. Plates are compatible with water – and alcohol – based inks containing up to 25% acetate.
They are not recommended for oil-based inks, hydrocarbon solvents, or acetate ester content higher than 25%.
Plate processing TPC is compatible with processing equipment designed for use with Flex-Light Solvit or a 75% perchloethylene / 25% normal butyl alcohol solution. We recommend the exposure unit be fitted with high intensity UV exposure lamps (18-20 mw/cm2)
